I genuinely think I might have to consider a trip to London just for the chance to see Plastic Beach played live from front to back. That's a fucking dream show.

I'm not even the biggest Gorillaz fan but that really would be an astonishingly good show

Had no idea what the Copper Box was so I looked it up... apparently its a sports arena they built for the Olympics. Seems like an odd choice of venue for a gig.

Saw Gorillaz at the o2 in 2010 (?) for the Plastic Beach world tour as the first big date with then girlfriend (now wife). We still have the original tour poster framed on the wall. I may try and get tickets for this, thanks for the heads up!

It's a 10/10 album, absolutely. It's an album that absolutely must be listened to from front to back. Sublime. Getting to watch that live must be heaven.

Went to a Gorillaz show in Cali a year or two ago. I was blown away. Absolutely one of the best concerts I've ever seen. Wish I could go to one of these.

It'll probably be the new record front to back.
Shame they aren't doing the other albums, but Humanz and The Now Now both got full album performances when they came out. Pretty cool that people are gonna get to see those first three in full. Wonder if they spring for the orchestras for the PB show.

I'm guessing they'll play tracks from Humanz, Now Now and Cracker Island on the encores, or maybe the mystery show is Damon sermoning the audience who thought Humanz sucked and playing it front to back until they like it

Caught the original Plastic Beach and Humanz tours, plus saw them at a festival during Now Now, and also later on the night they first introduced New Gold with Tame Impala and Bootie Brown. Every one of their shows is just absurd in how they pack in and mix together old and new songs, often with a crazy number of musical guests. Listening to one of their albums front to back and without the length of other shows would definitely be very different. It'd also be a massive shame that folks like MF DOOM or Bobby Womack aren't around. I might try grab one of the Demon Days tickets.

The hate for Humanz & hype for PB never stops to amaze me. PB has some great singles but as an album it's a bit of a mess/not too great :l
Would be cool to see them live again, especially on full album night.

I was hoping to get a ticket for Plastic Beach but as I soon as I entered the queue, the tickets just disappeared. Didn't even seem like it was actual people, we went from 10.000 to 500 in less than a minute, then I got in and there were no tickets.
Was able to secure, absurdly, two random tickets for the new album, but man, I wanted to see PB so much :-(

Glad to see at least some love for Humanz from other posters here.
