Mask Co. was not covered in N95 dispute, insurer says


By Ganesh Setty (April 28, 2022, 6:02 p.m. EDT) – Designer of N95 respirator materials has no coverage in lawsuit claiming he made fraudulent misrepresentations causing other mask makers to lose contract of $90 million with the state government, his insurer told a California federal court, arguing that the defective products do not constitute property damage.
